Lester`s team made a 1-0 victory as Everton`s guest in the early match of today`s 21st Premier League round as our football tipster predict, this being the first England game in 2019. Jamie Vardi scored the only goal in the 58th minute.
The hosts started the match a little better, and in the 12th minute Ricarlison`s shot in the penalty area met Johnny Evans` chest. The Brazilian, however, requested a penalty shoot-out, but that was not right. The first major danger came in the 19th minute for Everton, when a shot from Jonzio Kenny from the border of the penalty area aimed the assault of the opponent`s door. By the end of the part, nothing more interesting happened, so both teams retreated to the break at 0:0.
In the 50th minute, Jordan Pickford did not interfere well with centering the reserve Mark O`Brienne, but Leicester did not take advantage of the goalkeeper`s mistake. In the 58th Michael Keane made a mistake and gave the ball to Ricardo Pereira, who led Vardi in a clean position. The striker invaded the penalty area and, with a blow at the far corner, opened the score for the foxes. That was his fifth goal in eight games against this rival.
In the 72nd minute, Nappali Mendi made Pickford hard with a small corner shot close to the door, and the knocked ball fell into Wilfred Ndidi, but his attempt to pass was blocked by an opposing defender. In the 75th, Kasper Schmeichel reflected a loud joke on the slightly earlier Jenk Tosun. In the 80th minute, chief referee Martin Atkinson did not face a penalty kick for Kevin`s hand in his own penalty box.
With today`s victory Leicester climbed to 7th position in the ranking with a total of 31 points and that was very good football game added in our football predictions record. Everton stayed 10th with 27 points.
