The teams of Lecce and Sassuolo made a nice match, which finished 2-2 and brought a lot of emotions to the spectators. Fabio Liverani`s players were ahead in the 85th minute when guest star Domenico Berardi punished Brazilian goalkeeper Gabriel.
The meeting started with an opportunity for Berardi, but the latter lost that chance. In the 18th minute Canluca Lapadula opened the score for the home side. Former Milan striker received a long pass from Luca Rosentini, eliminated Filippo Romagna`s resistance and matured guard Amed Traore - 1-0 for Lecce. It was Lapagol`s second goal of the season, as he was called Canluca. However, in the 35th minute, defender Jeremy Tolyan appeared. The recent Celtic footballer finished a good game of his own for 1:1. A few minutes before the break, the `jaloros` regained their advance. In the 81st minute Jeremy God broke through to the left and the ball came to Defrel, who however did not shoot inaccurately. Still, Sasuolo reached the point. In the 85th minute Berardi found the net at close range and gave the visitors a 2-2 lead. A late activation from the home side followed, but Lapadula missed the target and a shot from Biagio Mecariolo was saved by defender Andrea Consili. Thus, both teams did not win.
