Roma is preparing a new contract for Chris Smalling.


The defender, in turn, is ready to listen to proposals from other clubs predicted by bestfootballpredictions . Inter and Juventus are monitoring the situation with the player`s expiring contract.


Roma hopes to keep Chris at home. If Smalling decides to stay, the terms of the extension will be the same as those already proposed in October: a two-year extension at a lower salary.


The current agreement of the 33-year-old defender with the club runs until 2023. The salary for it is 3. 5 million euros per year.
